We have selected for you the B&B hotel, just in front of a Valenciennes tramway station. We have booked several twin and double rooms which will be affected by the organising committee. The accomodation cost for Ph.D. students coming from outside Valenciennes and Committee members will be taken in charge by the organizators.

PhD students (who are going to do a presentation) and Members of the Committee

1. Travel costs : you book and pay the travel, keeping your tickets
2. Hotel: If you want to stay at the hotel, check YES in the registration form and send a bank draft of 30 euro
   payable to "L'Agent comptable de l'Université de Valenciennes" at the address below before January 8th 2010.
   This draft will be given back to you when you will come at EurodocInfo10.
